Our passion is leather bags, accessories, and suitcases. We create, produce, and sell all our items ourselves. By selling directly online, without intermediaries, we can offer our customers unbeatable prices. Our philosophy is to design and customize bags with and for our customers. Sustainability and the planet's scarce resources are important to us:

Our studio is located in Munich's Haidhausen district. The team and company in Munich launched myBagFactory in 2016 and have received great feedback from customers. Founders Oliver & NiK Strauß, with their extensive experience in fashion and accessories design, international marketing, and e-commerce, provide the right support for the young team. We strive to further expand our leading position as a manufacturer and direct seller in our categories. At our Munich location, we work together on growth in European online marketplaces and our new platform, my-BagFactory.com. We offer flat hierarchies and very fast decision-making processes in a friendly atmosphere.
E-Commerce - Content
Areas of responsibility :
- Optimization of listing and content on European online marketplaces
- Creation of articles in our content management systems (Plentymarkets, Afterbuy, Excel) and creation of product descriptions
- Creation and maintenance of content for all marketplaces (German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese)
- Independent control & optimization of our online shops/content (descriptions, product information, images, etc.)
Why you will be successful:
- High internet affinity, experience with eCommerce
- Flexible, quick comprehension (for quick familiarization with content management systems)
- Ability to inspire customers with texts (2 of the above-mentioned foreign languages are an advantage)
- Confident use of MS Excel
- Fashion or accessories-affine
Social Marketing / Influencer Marketing
Areas of responsibility:
- You are responsible for setting up and maintaining our social channels (especially Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
- Together with our team, you will design the social media strategy and optimize our brand story
- You conduct the PR agency screening for targeted external PR / social media support
- You build and maintain our network with bloggers/PR

Media Design - Creation
Areas of responsibility:
- You are responsible for the design of image content (especially photos) for our products for online and print presentation
- You will carry out photo shoots and video shoots together with our team
- You review and improve our current content on the various marketplaces and our various web shops
- Ideally, you can also handle text creatively (in German/English)
Why you will be successful:
- You have or are currently studying in the field of communication, media or graphics or have some professional experience
- Your enthusiasm for design and your flair for innovative ideas are paired with an above-average standard of quality
- You are a creative and highly committed team player and inspire your colleagues with your hands-on mentality
- You are a master of the Adobe Creative Suite and have knowledge of video editing and photography
- Fashion or accessories-affine
Assistance / Accounting / Organization
Areas of responsibility:
- You are an all-round talent and can quickly familiarize yourself with various topics
- You are an important part of our content creation (especially text)
- You help to organize events / shootings / video shoots
- You are an important bridge between day-to-day business and our tax advisor
