Company
Our passion are leather bags, accessories and cases. We create, produce and sell all articles ourselves. By selling directly online, without middlemen, we can offer unbeatable prices to our customers. Our philosophy is to design and individualize bags with and for our customers. The aspect of sustainability and the scarce resources of our earth are important to us:

- we only offer quality products that promise a long shelf life
- help with the sale of used articles (second-use) and
- offer a repair service so that we can all enjoy the great natural leather materials for as long as possible
Our studio and office is located in Munich Haidhausen. We launched myBagFactory in 2016 and have received great feedback from customers. The founders Oliver & NiK Strauß, with their many years of experience in fashion and accessory design, international marketing and eCommerce, provide the right support for the young team. We strive to further expand our leading position as a manufacturer and direct supplier in our categories. At the Munich location, we are working together on growth in the European online marketplaces and our new platform my-BagFactory.com. We offer flat hierarchies and very fast decision-making processes in a personal atmosphere.
eCommerce & Content
Areas of responsibility:
- Optimization of product listings and content on European online marketplaces
- Creation of articles in our content management systems (Plentymarkets, Afterbuy, Excel) and creation of product descriptions
- Creation and maintenance of content for all marketplaces (German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch)
- Independent control & optimization of our online shops/content (descriptions, product information, images, etc.)
Why you will be successful:
- High Internet affinity, experience with eCommerce
- Flexible, fast comprehension (for quick familiarization with content mgmt systems)
- Ability to inspire customers with texts (2 of the above mentioned foreign languages are an advantage)
- Confident handling of MS Excel
- Fashion or accessories-affine
Social Media Marketing / Influencer Marketing
Areas of responsibility:
- You are responsible for the development and maintenance of our social media channels (especially Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc.)
- Together with our team you will develop the social media strategy and optimize our brand story
- You are in charge of the PR agency screening for targeted external PR / social media support
- You build and maintain our network with bloggers/PR

Media Design - Creation
Areas of responsibility:
- You are responsible for the design of image content (especially photos) for our products for online and print presentation
- Together with our team you will carry out photo shoots and video shoots
- You check and improve our current content on the different marketplaces and our different webshops
- Ideally you can also be creative with text (in German/English)
Why you will be successful:
- You were or are currently studying in the field of communication, media or graphics or have some initial work experience
- Your enthusiasm for design and your flair for innovative ideas are paired with above-average quality standards
- You are a creative and highly committed team player and infect your colleagues with your hands-on mentality
- You have mastered Adobe Creative Suite in your sleep, and have knowledge in video editing and photography
- Fashion or accessories-affine
